On 25.01.2022, a learned Single Judge of this Court had directed attachment of movables, purportedly belonging to the respondent/defendant to secure the claim made in the plaint.
2.At that particular point of time, those machineries were in shed No.206. To effect the order of attachment, the plaintiff went to shed No.206, but found that the machineries had been shifted to shed No.205.
3.This application has therefore been filed to attach the very same machineries which are now available at shed No.205.
4.Amendment is allowed.
5.Permission is granted to carry out necessary amendment in the order of attachment, to effect the attachment of movables now available in shed No.205. The Schedule of movables will remain the same as directed in the order dated 25.01.2022.
