On perusal of Affidavit of Service, it seen that the Paper Publication was effected on 25.03.2022.
2.It was submitted that as per the orders of this Court, private notice sent to the sixth and seventh proposed defendants. As such, notice sent to the sixth defendant has been returned with the postal endorsement as "refused" and notice sent to the seventh defendant has been returned with the postal endorsement that the "addressee is left".
3.There is no representation for the sixth and seventh defendants.
4.Registry is directed to print the names of the sixth and seventh defendants in the cause list.
5.Application No.1749 of 2021 has been filed to implead the proposed parties namely M.Salai Gunathangam and K.Kalyanasundaram as party 6th and 7th defendants in the above suit.
