This application is filed to receive the additional documents
indicated in the schedule to the judge's summons. The applicant states that these documents could not be produced at the time of filing of the plaint because the documents had to be located by the plaintiff's auditor. It is also stated that these documents are relevant and material for the effective prosecution of the suit.
Upon examining the affidavit in support of the application and, in particular, the reasons set out therein, in the circumstances, the applicant has established reasonable cause. This is, however, subject to the objections of the
