In a suit for recovery of money, the present application is filed for leave to sue the respondents before this Court. The applicant states that the respondents are liable to pay the applicant towards supply of equipment. It is further stated that part payments in respect thereof were made into the applicant's bank account at Chennai. On such basis, it is asserted that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.
