Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide one month salary as risk and hardship allowance and incentive to all the police personnel and cleaning staffs (sanitation workers) and one time covid lockdown compensation of Rs.10,000/- to reporters of daily newspapers, magazines, TV Channels, employees of Cinemas, multiplex, theatres, gynasiums, recreation clubs, marriage halls, auditoriums, meeting halls, big format shops, shopping complex and malls, beauty parlour, spas, saloons, barber shops, omni bus, private mofusil bus and mini bus drivers and conductors, passenger auto, load auto, taxi and cab drivers, street Enterprenuers, small traders, street vegetable, fruit and flower merchants, contract labours, automobile mechanics, plumber, electrician, carpenters, drama artis, folk dancers and musicians, photographers, catering and marriage related service providers, event management organizers, private school teachers, handloom weavers, employers and employees of the unorganized sectors, and employees of the other sectors which were closed due to lockdown restricts of the 1st respondent.
