This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021.

2.Heard Ms.Jenifar Bibin learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Government counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.

3.According to the petitioner, though he had submitted a representation dated 12.03.2021 to the 1^st respondent seeking to take action on his complaint dated 07.01.2021, no action has been taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

so far. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays this Court appropriate orders may be passed by this Court to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021.

4.Mr.T.Senthilkumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Government counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, the respondents 2 and 3/the Director of Medical Education, O/o. Director of Medical Education, Kilpauk, Chennai 600 010 and the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, O/o. the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 006, shall conduct an enquiry regarding the complaint of the petitioner. The petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard. The enquiry may be conducted and concluded within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The result of the enquiry may be furnished to the petitioner and to the 1^st respondent.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
