Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned orders issued by the second respondent in Lr.No.SE/MEDC/MDU/EEGL/AEE GL/AE/F HT Dkt/D.58, dated 18.01.2021 and
Lr.No.SE/MEDC/MDU/EE/GL/AE/F.SS/D.NO.636/21, dated 09.04.2021, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to rework the erection charges, more particularly the estimate charge to effect High Tension Service connection from the Distribution Transformer installed within the premises of the petitioner till the meter in the premises of the petitioner and then provide High Tension Service Connection forthwith.
