Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the impugned order in reference number f.vz;.ckpngh/g/muR/Nfh/fl;L/m.vz;.272/2010, dated 21.05.2010 and quash the same and thereby directing the 1st respondent to give electricity service connection to the petitioner's property in Survey No.2484/1, Madurai East, Meenachipuram Village limit in No.1 Plot, Northern portion of the house (609 sq.feet) in 27 cents.
