Having expressed so, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action setting out the facts and circumstances fully and elaborately.

In the light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
