ORDER
The contention of the petitioner is that the prisoner, Ramar @ Chandran @ Ramachandran, is suffering from liver related ailments and that necessary treatment should be given to him in order to protect his life.
2 .Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the prisoner, Ramar @ Chandran @ Ramachandran, was admitted in the dispensary of Central Prison on 26.12.2020 and that since it was found that he had chronic pancreatitis with left intra renal calculus, he was referred to Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital and on 06.02.2021, he was admitted there as an inpatient.
