COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned tender notification issued by the respondent made in S.Nos.2 and 9 in Na.Ka.No.10714/2014/A1 dated 12.02.2021 and set aside the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to reschedule the tender notification by complying the mandatory procedure contemplated under rule 20 of The Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions.
