Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's appeal dated 18/07/2019 and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in S.No.1568 of Keelanmarainadu Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District to an extent of 47.91 Sq. Meters.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
2.The petitioner suffered an order at the hands of the fourth respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner prepared an appeal dated 18.07.2019 before the third respondent. It is pending for the last several months. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law and after notice to all the interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
