Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to reclassify petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.6/1D situated at Kadavur Village, Chatrapatti Post, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District as dry house site and thereby to refix the compensation amount proportionate the actual extent of 160 Sq.meter of house site as equal and on par with the compensation fixed for the adjacent lands.
ORDER
The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter dated 01.09.2021 in this connection. Such permission is granted and accordingly W.P.(MD). No.208 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
