This Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned eviction notice in Na.No.198/2021, dated 28.10.2021 and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.11.2021.
2.Heard Mr.Jothivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.As there was an order already passed by this Court in W.P (MD)No.16605 of 2021, the learned Government Advocate states that the present impugned order has been withdrawn. The proceedings in Na.No.198/2021, dated 18.11.2021, as follows:

4.As per the above order, the impugned order itself is withdrawn and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
