COMMON PRAYER: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned notification of the 3rd respondent in V.Va.Aa.No.325/SemaTho/17 dated 03.11.2017 published in Malaimalar newspaper dated 04.11.2017 and the impugned notification issued by the 3 rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.579/2017/B dated 10.01.2018 published in Makkal Kural Tamil Daily newspaper dated 11.01.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to extend the licence to the petitioner for selling eatables and for collecting empty bottles in the Bar attached to TASMAC retail vending shop of respondents bearing Nos.5151,5160 Madurai, in accordance with law.
