Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Public Auction-cum-Tender Notification in Na.Ka.No.7485/2015/M.C.A5 dated 27.07.2021 issued by the third respondent as per Resolution No.207 dated 27.07.2021 and published in Dinathanthi Tamil News Paper, Thanjavur dated 11.08.2021 and quash the same in so far as petitioner's shop No.2 B-Block in SI.7 therein is concerned, and consequently forbear the third respondent herein, their officials, subordinates and their men from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's running business during subsistence of lease of Shop No.2, B-Block in the Thanjavur New Bus Thanjavur District.
