Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records and the impugned notice passed by the respondent in 05/Aay.Po.Va.O.P./2014, dated 22.08.2014 and quash the same and release the petitioner's mini bus bearing Registration No.TN74 E7798, which was seized on 26.07.2014.
