Hence, the matter was adjourned to 29.01.2021, and on that day also, there was no presentation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 12.02.2021.
3.Even today ((i.e on 12.02.2021), there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
