3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would contend that the writ petition itself has become infructuous.
4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the respondents, if so advised. No costs.
