Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to made entry for cancellation of registration sale deed vide document No.12313 of 2017 dated 13.12.2017 on the basis of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5541/Aa2/2018-2019 by the 3rd respondent dated 15.05.2020.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner has been complied with and hence, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
