Both learned counsel brings to my notice a request made on 13^th November, 2020 by the petitioner to the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Coimbatore requesting extension of time to enable them to fulfill the export obligation within the stipulated extended export obligation period.

In the light of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw these Writ Petitions.

Recording the aforesaid, these Writ Petition are treated as closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
