Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to
directing the respondents to survey the lands comprised in
survey Nos.RS.Nos.1177/1A1 and 1176/2 (New Town Survey No.62) in
No.61, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District in
the presence of the petitioner and to lay boundary stones as per
representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2013 submitted to
the second respondent by laying boundary stone between Padi and
Korattur Village of Ambattur Taluk.
ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus
directing the respondents to survey the lands comprised in
survey Nos.RS.Nos.1177/1A1 and 1176/2 (New Town Survey No.62) in
No.61, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District in
the presence of the petitioner and to lay boundary stones as per
representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2013 submitted to
the second respondent by laying boundary stone between Padi and
Korattur Village of Ambattur Taluk.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for
the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No
order as to costs.
