India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus,
calling for the records proceedings vide No.1966/Tha-ku2/2021
dated 10.02.2021 passed by the 3 rd respondent, quash the same and
consequently direct the respondents to grant 30 days emergency
leave without escort to the petitioner's son Thirugnanam
(Prisoner No.16289), now confined in Cuddalore Central Prison.
