Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 04.05.2017 in C.P.No.157 of 2014 passed by the 1st Respondent, quash the same in so far as not computing 25% back wages payable from the date of termination to the date of award with increments/wage revision and computing the same only based on the last drawn wages; not computing the bonus amount for the entire period and full wages for the period from the date of award upto 30.06.2014 and for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pay the petitioner the balance amount which he claimed in his petition after adjusting the amount which was already to be paid and actually paid to him.
