It is the case of the petitioner that, her son viz. Poori Kamal, a life convict No.2806, will be entitled to premature
release, in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.64, dated 01.02.2018, and that a representation dated 19.01.2019, has been submitted to the authorities for the said relief.
Side) submitted that the representation given on behalf of Puri Kamal is under active consideration by the Government and orders will be passed, if eight weeks time is granted.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
