PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order dated 11.02.2014 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner in participating for Rajiv Gandhi LPG Virat of Bharat Petroleum Corporation at Kumarakuppam of Villupuram District under open category.
