Without going into the merits of the case, this Writ petition is ordered by directing the respondents to dispose the petitioners representation dated 12.07.2012, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such order, the respondents shall also follow the Principles of Natural Justice by granting an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
