The petition, filed in public interest, pertains to a tender notice inviting bids by Tangedco, the electricity generating and distributing authority in this State. However, it appears that the notice inviting tender has already been withdrawn. Accordingly, nothing survives of the challenge to the tender process. W.P.No.4403 of 202 is dismissed as infructuous.
There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.5000, 5002, 5005 and 7017 of 2021 of 2021 are closed.
