Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka. No.571/2017/E1 dated 19.02.2018 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondent to publish the actual bidder list.
When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion (i.e. 17.11.2021), none appeared for the petitioner and hence, this Court adjourned the matter to 19.11.2021, so as to give one more opportunity to the petitioner. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
