ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.885/F/2020 dated 17.12.2020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in the 4th semester exams to be conducted in June 2021.
2.Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Government Advocate on instructions, submitted that the first respondent has sent a communication dated 01.07.2021 to the third respondent herein stating that the petitioner was given admission in the second year M.Ed decree course and she has also paid necessary college fee for the aforesaid course on 01.07.2021.
