PRAYER : WPs 37794 and 37795 of 2016 are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writs of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent leading to issuance of Order-In-Appeal Nos.495/2016 (STA-1) and 496/2016 (STA-1) dated 29.08.2016 and quash the same as the same are contrary to law and violation of the statutory provisions.
