Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to recover the amount awarded by the 2nd respondent's order dated 19.02.2018 in P.G. Appeal No.27/2016 with interest thereon from the 4th respondent as arrears of land revenue as per the certificate dated October 2019 issued by the 2nd respondent under Section 8 of the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 without further delay and pay the same to the petitioner.
