This writ petition has been filed challenging the enquiry notice issued by the District Registrar, second respondent herein.

Admittedly, pursuant to the order passed by the Inspector General of Registration, first respondent, in and by his proceedings dated 06.08.2019, enquiry notice has been issued by the second respondent. Without challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 06.08.2019, the petitioner cannot challenge the consequential enquiry notice issued by the second respondent and hence, the same is liable to be dismissed.
