3.Subsequently, there has been a partition between the petitioner's husband and his brother on 22.09.1984, accordingly the share of the petitioner's husband was allotted to him, who has taken possession of the said land and enjoyed the same till his lifetime, the petitioner husband died on 06.09.2003. Thereafter, the petitioner and her children had inherited the property i.e. the share allotted to the petitioner's husband and had been continuously enjoying the same. While that being so, it seems that, there has been a trouble with regard to usage of the road, which is a direct access to the property in question belongs to the petitioner to have ingress and egress and therefore, in order to purchase peace, the petitioner wanted to measure the land and identify the boundaries and to plant the boundary stone. Therefore, in this regard she had given a request on 12.10.2018 to the second respondent Tahsildar to measure the land and to let the boundary stone which request since has not been considered, she had approached this Court by filing the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
