Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader (HR&CE) filed a compliance report of the
Executive Officer, Sarangapani Thirukovil, Kumbakonam, dated
21.12.2022, wherein, it is inter alia , stated as follows:
"4. It is humbly submitted that, the Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 17.08.2022 had granted extension of time till 30.11.2022 for completion of the thirupani works. And now the work has been completed before the time extension granted by the Hon'ble High Court. The photographs and videograph are attached herewith.
5. It is humbly submitted that, this Respondent has duly complied with the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court and has carried out renovation works as recommended."
Thus, according to the learned counsel, the order of this court dated
24.08.2021, has been complied with. The said submission of the learned
Special Government Pleader has not been refuted by the petitioner.
