2.The writ petition was filed in the year 2013 and 7½
years lapsed. The petitioner would have completed the course
itself and the cause arose for the purpose of filing the writ
petition lost its relevance and thus, no further consideration
needs to be deliberated. Accordingly, the writ petition stands
disposed of. No costs.
