This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.09.2019 passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.389/2019 refusing to register the settlement deed dated 18.07.2019 presented by the petitioner for registration.

Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner through video conference sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.
