respondents are before this virtual Court.
2. Case file brings to light that an 'order of transfer
dated19.11.2008bearingproceedingsNo.3475/LAD//CP-
II(A2)/2008' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of
convenience] has been assailed in the captioned writ petition.
3. Learned counsel on both sides submit that one decade
and two years (twelve years) have gone by and considering the
nature of the impugned order, nothing really survives in the
matter at this distant point of time.
4. Therefore, captioned writ petition is disposed of as
closed (having become infructuous) making it clear that this
Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter
as well as on the rights and contentions of both sides. There
shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected
Miscellaneous Petition being MP.No.2 of 2008 is also closed as
having become infructuous.
