This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 24.10.2018 on merits within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The petitioner submitted application to cancel the patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 to 9 before the second respondent. However, the said appeal was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, he filed revision before the first respondent and it is pending without issuing any notice to the parties.

3.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 9 on the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
