Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to insist or collect Road Tax/Penalty for the Petitioner's educational society vehicles for the period of non usage from 01.04.2021 to 30.11.2021 and further direct the respondents to accept the Motor Vehicle Tax as and when the petitioner's educational society makes payment.
