purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. Based on the subsequent developments occurred during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.3408 of 2020 and an interim order was passed by this Court in the said writ petition.

2.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
