PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent Authority dated 07.03.2002 in TSE II.26 of 2001 filed and marked as Exhibit “A” and to quash the same and pass any appropriate consequential orders or directions in the circumstances of the case, award costs.
The writ petition was dismissed against the second respondent as early as on 21.08.2012. The petitioner has not taken any steps to restore the writ petition as against the contesting respondent. Now that the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner / Management has gone into liquidation. I do not find any useful purpose in retaining
this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
