Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to its common award dated 04.08.2003 passed in I.D.No.137 of 2000 and quash the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the award under challenge in this writ petition dated 04.08.2003 came to be passed in I.D.No.137 of 2000 on the file of Labour Court, Salem. Even though 17 years have been passed by, the 1st respondent has not been served till date.
