PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from in any way interfering with the petitioner's right to property and also altering the revenue classification of their private cart track (Nilaviyal cart track) which has been in existence in R.S.No.5/13, Thoranavavi Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District by considering their representation dated 03.08.2017.
