Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.05.2018 for grant of pathway through government poramboke lands in S.No. 43 to reach the petitioner's patta lands in S.No. 42/2 in Village No. 41 Agraharam Village, Poonamallee Municipality, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur District by accepting alternate land and cost of the pathway.
