directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to forfeit the security
deposits of the respondents 3,4,5 in Phase III tender bearing
Ref.No.ELCOT/PID/ICB/LTC/PIII/2013-14 dated 20.07.2013 and to
declare them as ineligible to participate in Phase IV & V tender
Ref.ELCOT/PID/ICB/LTC/P IV & V/2014-15 dated 01.11.2014 on the

The Orders impugned are the tender documents. Admittedly,
the tender process had already been completed and the successful
bidder was awarded with the job and the job awarded was also
completed by the successful bidder.

2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner raises
an objection that the petitioner raised certain allegations
against the respondents. If at all any allegations are raised

and grievances regarding such allegations exist as of now, the
petitioner is at liberty to institute appropriate proceedings in
the manner known to Law.

3. As far as the writ petitions are concerned, the cause

for filing of the writ petitions do not exist and thus, no further adjudication needs to be under taken.

4. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No
costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are
closed.
