The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, legal heirship certificate has been issued. Since the legal heirship certificate has been issued, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
