The application submitted by the writ petitioner for providing agricultural electricity connection was canceled due to the fact that the petitioner during the relevant point of time did not came forward for the acceptance of the connection. Thus, the respondents issued an order impugned stating that the application as well as the request was cancelled. Already 6 ½ years lapsed.

3. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application, if he is otherwise eligible in accordance with the provisions of the Act and Rules.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stand disposed of. No costs.
