Prayer:
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction the educational loan of Rs.3,00,000/- after deducting a sum of Rs.34,000/- for the entire academic year from 2010-2014 to the petitioner as per the expenditure certificate issued by the College.
