PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 29.03.2019 in Na.Ka.No.5685/A4/2019 and the order dated 24.06.2020 in Na.Ka.No.4203/A4/2019 passed by the 5th respondent refusing to grant approval for transfer his transfer and posting to and in the 8th respondent School as B.T. Assistant, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 6 to approve his transfer and posting in the 8th Respondent School with effect from 01.11.2018 with salary and all other consequential benefits, including pay protection etc., and award costs.
